013G8019 Danfoss RA 2000 – 3/4" Angle Thermostatic Radiator Valve Body
Product Overview
The Danfoss 013G8019 RA 2000 3/4" Angle Valve Body is a high-quality thermostatic radiator valve body designed for hot water and low-pressure steam systems. Built with a nickel-plated body and a sturdy EPDM valve disc, it delivers reliable, leak-free performance. The valve features a 3/4" inlet (FPT) and 3/4" outlet MNPT union tailpiece, with an adjustable temperature range of 45–85°F.
RA 2000 valves include a replaceable packing gland assembly with a grease cup to keep the o-ring lubricated for life. A plastic installation cap protects the valve pushpin and allows manual control during installation, and a separate hand knob is available for full manual operation. The valve remains normally open without an operator mounted and conforms to ASHRAE / ANSI Standard 102-1983.
Note: The RA 2000 operator (013G8250) must be purchased separately.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can this valve be used for both hot water and steam systems?
A: Yes, it’s designed for hot water and low-pressure steam.
Q: Does this valve include the thermostatic operator?
A: No. The RA 2000 operator (013G8250) must be purchased separately. Manual operation is possible during installation using the plastic cap, and full manual operation requires a hand knob accessory.
Q: How do I adjust the temperature?
A: Turn the dial numbered 1–5, clockwise or counterclockwise. This corresponds to an adjustable temperature range of 45–85°F for precise comfort.
Q: What is the packing gland and grease cup for?
A: The replaceable packing gland assembly can be serviced while the system is in operation, and the grease cup keeps the o-ring packing lubricated for life.
Q: Does the valve remain open without an operator?
A: Yes, it remains normally open until an operator or hand knob is mounted.
